1. Product Use & Safety

• Professional Use: Our Wharton’s Jelly biologic is intended for topical use in tattoo aftercare.
• Not Medical Advice: Content on this site is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.
• Allergic Reactions: While biologics are processed for safety, users should perform a patch test. RegMedInk is not liable for individual adverse skin reactions.

2. FDA & Regulatory Disclosure

• Statements: Any statements regarding the regenerative properties of Wharton’s Jelly have not been evaluated by the FDA unless explicitly stated.
• Intended Use: This product is marketed for aesthetic tattoo recovery and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Sales and Shipping

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
• Shipping: Due to the biological nature of the product, specific storage requirements (e.g., refrigeration) may apply upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to follow storage instructions provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

RegMedInk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
